Casademont 1956 Meat SL trust Angel Mir for a major investment regarding their closures

During the first Quarter of the present year, at the plant of Casademont 1956 Meat SL from Costa Food Group, in Sant Gregori, we completed an important project which has helped this meat company to renew the international quality and food safety certifications BRC Food and IFS in High Level.

Part of this project has relied upon the installation of two new models of auto-tracking doors introduced during year 2017; on one hand, the speed door Mirflex Ec Inox Plus, manufactured with 304 stainless steel to benefit a complete hygiene. On the other hand, several Mirzip doors have been installed, which is also a high speed and auto-tracking model which stands out for its resistance to wind up to class 2, and that has been a great innovation in the industry. In this case, Mirzip doors have also been manufactured with a stainless steel finishing.

Angel Mir is known for designing doors and equipment fully customized to the needs of each customer and application and with the present project, developing the doors of the steam cooking ovens, this has become clear.  Once again, thanks to our experience in the food sector, we have complied with the demanding quality and safety requirements of this market.
