Rolltex Fire
Rolltex Fire is the innovative fire resistant roll up curtain without water irrigation to control and sectorize fires, with a classification of up to EI₂-180 on both sides, approved with CE marking according to the UNE EN 16034 regulation. This automatic textile barrier can be manufactured in large dimensions, isolates fire and maintains integrity and thermal insulation for 180 minutes on both sides without spraying the canvas with water.
This canvas is made of a 25/30 mm thick technical fabric sewn with a double seam with high strength steel thread on the outside, and different intumescent materials and resistant fibre on the inside. Thanks to the transverse strap system, it provides the rigidity and flexibility of movement that the canvas needs for its operation. The canvas finishing is black on both sides.
The automatic fire curtain design has been envisaged to provide a quick and easy assembling system that offers up to three different installation options: mounting between walls, standard wall assembling and completely concealed mounting between walls, which is perfect for confined spaces. The finishing of the structure is in galvanized steel.
The control panel has a continuous power supply system (UPS) to guarantee sectorization in case of electrical failure. The barrier Rolltex Fire also incorporates a cross-concealed photocell curtain for added safety.
